MINT is a Muslim-led community in the Greater Toronto Area for people working in and thinking about technology. We bring together engineers, founders, designers, ethicists, and curious minds — united by the belief that who you are shapes what you build.

We were formerly known as Muslamic Makers Toronto, part of the global Muslamic Makers network. As our community grew, so did our scope — from makers and hackers to a broader conversation about how technology intersects with faith, community, and identity.

We don't do hype. We ask hard questions about AI, data, surveillance, algorithmic bias, and what the tech industry's assumptions mean for communities like ours.
